Short version
UndefeatedXI is fully free to play with no paywall. You can play without an account, and we do not sell personal data.
Local game saves
The app stores preferences, recent runs, theme choice, and best records in your browser so the game works quickly when you come back. Clearing browser storage removes those local saves.
Accounts, leaderboards, and feedback
You can play without an account. If you sign in, submit a leaderboard run, share a public run, or send feedback, Supabase stores the information needed for that feature, such as your display name, submitted result, share snapshot, or feedback text.
Agent Lab
The Agent Lab works locally without an account. If you sign in and choose to run the model-backed version, the app sends only the current squad, formation, ratings, tactic report, and simulation metrics to the AI service through a protected server function. It does not send your email, display name, or account profile.
Basic analytics
The production site uses Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights for aggregate traffic and performance information. That helps spot broken pages and slow routes. UndefeatedXI does not sell personal data.
Advertising preparation
We are preparing the site for Google AdSense while keeping the game fully free. The publisher-account verification meta tag does not itself load advertisements or advertising cookies.
